For over 20 years, I’ve worked in the education sector across Europe and Latin America, supporting people’s growth through learning has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.

From Higher Education and Language Learning to Tendering, Product Management, and Marketing, each role has deepened my belief that leadership begins with service.

Education has not only shaped how I think strategically, but also how I lead: with empathy, clarity, and a commitment to helping others thrive.
